There is no GPS on our parcels and no dot moving across a map. What there is instead is a chain of custody: a sequence of moments where a named person at a named place recorded that they had your parcel.
We do not hand parcels to partner networks, so the record never has a gap in it. Where we cannot reach an address ourselves we say so up front and tell you who can.
